I think Pancit Bijon alredy goes a long way. From the usual carrots and cabbage as a main part of the ingridients, together with the rice noodles itself, now you can cook it anyway you want m put all kinds of veggies you want and other kinds of meat.Filipinos are being more creative than just being the “usual”.

yup, pansit is not pansit if its jaz carrots and cabbage. and i agree to ms.Luna, mushrooms are great additionals epesially wood ear mushrooms.

i agree with you sis! am a pancit lover too (diff kinds of rice noodles as long as they are noodles) can eat them breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks. i just love that food.

Ang daming pancit! There was a time na super favorite ko ang pancit bihon… kaso as I grew older, na-realize ko mas gusto ko pala ang spaghetti. Hehehe..

your pancit bihon is just right mommy! i love pancit too. you can have it at anytime of the day, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. i find bihon difficult to cook esp if the rice noodle is not of good quality. the secret really is in the rice noodles and i am glad i found the perfect rice noodles here and can now cook a good pancit bihon. hehe!
